Goodmorning everybody! ^__^

If you're here, the reason probably is because you're not so familiar with the italian language. Well, don't worry, we're working to the translation of the taff.biz structure in other languages. Recently, we have opened the English Version (that is not yet complitely finished!), since it's the foreign language with which we're more confident. I know, not so much... So, please, apologize for any mistake!!  ;-)

The translation process will take time. So, be patient, and we'll be grateful to those who will help us in this hard work.

Now a clarification is needed: this doesn't mean that we'll translate the content of the italian posts. Because we don't consider it useful, nor smart. Every Regional Version of the taff.biz project will be indipendent: with different discussions and different coordinators. To acess the contents of the other Regional Version, it'll be possible by using one of the many language tools that you can find on the internet. I strongly recommend Google, currently the most advanced free on-line translator.

Anyway, you can post (after the free registration process) your questions, your scientifical papers and so on, here in the English Version of taff.biz, simply by clicking the "ENGLISH" button on the top-left side of your screen (below the taff logo).

Finally, with such an embarrassing delay, I need to publically thank Prof. Mullan (from the The Dairy Science and Food Technology project) for the kind comments and links to Talkin'about Food Forum.

With Prof. Mullan, an internationally recognized Food Technologist with a deep knowledge in milk and dairy products, we have a common goal: the diffusion of the Food Science and Technology across the web.

I sincerely hope he'll share his great experience and knowledge with us.

After those necessary preconditions, I'll try to explain, to those needing explaination, how to join easily the italian version of this website, with this very quick tutorial:

First of all, connect to the Google Language Tools and type in the "Search for" box the URL http://www.taff.biz as shown in the image below:

How to easily translate the italian version of taff.biz

Then click the "Translate and Search" button and you'll arrive to the another screen with more language options. Since, we're looking for an italian to english translation, we have nothing else to do but to click the first link "Talkin'about Food Forum". You'll arrive this screen:

How to easily translate the italian version of taff.biz

It's not always complitely clear, but in Italy we say "It's better than nothing!"  ;-)

I Hope to be useful!

See you soon!
Giulio
